Every weekend I question why I'm still in school, why I'm still stuck here doing nothing particularly fruitful, why I'm wasting my life away mugging and stressing over school work.

But really, though the amount you save in that hour is barely of any help given the amount of electricity that is wasted for every 364 x 24 + 23 other hours in the year, it doesn't mean you ought to stop. An effort is still an effort. It goes a long way.

Recycling papers, setting your air conditioner to 26 degrees, choosing not to use the plastic bag when it's not necessary, these little things count :)

One word to summarize everything and anything that has happened in my life early into 2012: crazy.

Nearing the end of February and I'm still busy, happy and alive!

I've made a few good decisions this past year in PJC.

1) Coming to PJC
2) Selecting HELM as my combi, landing myself in wonderful owens + 11A05
3) Choosing the Debates Society as my CCA
4) Having "Everything happens for a reason" and "There's always a blessing in disguise" as my two principles in life
5) Going for the Melbourne Literature Trip
6) Taking part in the inter-house games
7) Being an OGL (not an ounce of regret not even with the horrific amount of work i've to catch up with)

Point four has helped me dearly with retaining my positivity.

I've learned that tough times don't last but tough people do. The rain clouds will clear up one day. I'll continue to push on :)
